Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@shalvika.in with your order number.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Jewellery that has been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer is not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
